條款及細則：

  • 參加此項活動即視為已同意以下條款及細則。
  • 所有參加者必須年滿18歲並持有有效香港身份證或旅遊證件。[Gamemiracle遊戲奇蹟]（“Gamemiracle”）及香港賽馬會（合稱“合辦機構”）各自之員工及其直系親屬不可參加此有獎遊戲以示公允。合辦機構保留核實活動參與資格的權利。
  • 參加者必須在2013年9月8日上午11時至下午3時內依從專櫃工作人員指示以有效的iHorse Racing會員編號登記，才構成成功之登記。
  • 所有參加者須出示閣下的智能手機或平板電腦以提供有效iHorse Racing會員編號證明作登記﹔每個會員編號只可作一次登記之用，重覆則只計算第一次。
  • 所有參加者不可授權予他人代為登記。
  • 獎品名額2,000個，先到先得。所有獎品不能兌換現金，不論是否意圖牟利，獎品一概不得轉售。
  • 所有參加者須自費$10進入沙田馬場。
  • 合辦機構保留隨時修改任何條款及細則之權利，並毋須事先通知。
  • 如有任何爭議，合辦機構保留最終決定權。
  • 合辦機構有權使用參加者之姓名、錄影片段及照片作宣傳推廣及其他用途。
  • 所有參加者同意香港賽馬會收集上述個人資料，並轉交Gamemiracle用作是次活動及相關用途，當活動結束後一個月，有關個人資料將會銷毀
  • 所有參賽者確認已閱讀及明白合辦機構各自的有關個人資料（私隱）條例通告，通告分別刋登於http://www.gamemiracle.com及http://www.hkjc.com/chinese/corporate/corp_privacy.asp
  • 在場人士必須小心照顧及負責個人財物及人身安全，一切在場人士之個人財物損壞或遺失或人身傷亡，在香港法律允許之最大程度下，合辦機構一概不負責，亦不會作任何賠償。
  • 香港賽馬會就獎品並不作出任何保證，並在法律容許的最大範圍內排除所有根據香港法律而隱含的保證。對於因參加者使用獎品而發生、引致或導致的責任（無論任何訴因），香港賽馬會及其附屬公司及關聯公司，以及其行政人員、董事、僱員、代理及承包商均於香港法律容許的最大範圍內免除責任。
  • 此條款及細則載有分為英文本及中文本，如英文本與中文本文義有異，一概以英文本為準。

8 Sep Sha Tin Season Opening Special Promotion

Terms & Conditions:

  • By participating in this activity, the participants are deemed to have agreed with all of the terms and conditions set out below.
  • All participants must be aged 18 or above and be holders of a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or travel document. Employees of [Gamemiracle Co. Ltd.] (“Gamemiracle”) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club (together, “Co-Organisers”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in this activity. Co-Organisers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
  • Only mark down within the period from 11:00am to 3 pm on 8 September 2013 with a valid iHorse Racing member ID and in accordance with the instructions of the staff at the registration counter will be deemed a successful check-in.
  • All participants must present their valid iHorse Racing member ID in their own smart phone / tablet for mark down. Each member ID is eligible for one mark down only. In the event of duplication, only the first mark down will be deemed successful.
  • iHorse Racing members shall not authorise or delegate any third party for the registration.
  • There are only 2,000 units of gift which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • All participants are required to pay the $10 Sha Tin Racecourse admission fee for participation in this activity.
  • Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • The Co-Organisers reserve the right to amend any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • In cases of disputes, the decision of the Co-Organisers shall be final.
  • The Co-Organisers reserve the right to use the name, video footages and photos of the participants for promotion and marketing purposes.
  • All participants expressly agree that The Hong Kong Jockey Club may collect their above personal data and transfer the same to Game Miracle for the activity and relevant purposes afterwards. All the data will be deleted one month after the activity.
  • All participants expressly confirm that he/she has read and understands the Privacy Policy Statement of the Co-Organisers at http://www.gamemiracle.com and http://www.hkjc.com/english/corporate/corp_privacy.asp
  • Entrants to the Sha Tin Racecourse must take care of and be responsible for his/her personal belongings and safety. To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, the Co-Organisers will neither be responsible for the loss or damage to any property nor any injury or death sustained by the entrants to the Sha Tin Racecourse.
  • The Hong Kong Jockey Club gives no warranties in respect of the gifts and/or use thereof, including those implied by law to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong. The liability of The Hong Kong Jockey Club, its subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors arising out of, resulting from, or by reason of the participant’s use of the gifts is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Hong Kong, irrespective of the cause of action for a claim.
  • The Terms and Conditions are available in both Chinese and English versions. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English language version shall prevail.
